Head to the B&O Railroad Museum in Baltimore to discover the remarkable story of Olive Dennis—an unsung pioneer of the B&O Railroad and a trailblazer in women’s history—during a full day of hands-on learning and inspiring programs. As one of the first women engineers in the railroad industry, Dennis transformed the passenger rail experience in the early 20th century, introducing innovations that made cross-country travel safer, more comfortable, and more efficient. Museum admission is $12 - $20 per person!

Pi(e) Day is a celebration of the mathematical constant pi, a number used to calculate the circumference of a circle, and also a celebration of sweet and savory, circular baked treats! Join the Reginald F. Lewis Museum in celebrating the life and legacy of activist Frances Ellen Watkins Harper through dance and poetry during Women’s History Month. “The Artistry and Activism of Frances Harper,” depicts Harper’s rise from being orphaned in Baltimore to becoming the most prolific Black novelist and most beloved Black poet of the nineteenth century after becoming the first Black woman to join the American Anti-Slavery speaking circuit. The 5 suite production includes original music, choreography and poetry performed by Sharing Our Legacy Dance Theatre (SOL) and directed by Professor Emerita, Lynnette Young Overby from the University of Delaware. Museum admission is $12 - $15 per person!
