She will appear in conversation with the book’s illustrator Vanessa Brantley-Newton.

PG Parks will host their annual Juneteenth celebration on Saturday (6/14) at Watkins Regional Park in Kettering beginning at noon. This free celebration includes live music, local artists and vendors, history exhibits, kids’ activities, food trucks, and much more!
