Kid-friendly Activities in DC, Maryland & Northern Virginia this Weekend (12/20 - 12/22)
Happy Hannukah and soon-to-be Kwanzaa plus Christmas Day is less than a week away! This past Monday we attended a screening of Mufasa, which also opens this week, at the National Museum of African American History and Culture. It was a fabulous event that included a hot chocolate bar with fudge stirs and coconut margaritas for the adults. The movie was really interesting and answered a lot of questions about Mufasa's past. This prequel to The Lion King (2019) runs about 2 hours but is action packed! My kids stayed up for the entire movie. To see more of my reaction to the film & our experience, tap the photo of us above, which redirects to Instagram. Now on to this weekend's events...
