It's Truck Touch Weekend!
Rain, Rain go AWAY! SO many really cool events going on this weekend from Spring Flings to "May the 4th Be with You" on Sunday. DC's Annual Truck Touch is also on Saturday (5/3) at RFK Stadium, Lot 8. We visited last year and had a blast! There are nearly 30 trucks to see, sit-in and honk or toot their horns. There's also face paint, activations, activities, a DJ and so much more. I'm praying the rain doesn't come early since this event is from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm! Tap the image above to see a reel of our experience from last year. Stay tuned for weather related updates! I'll do my best to keep you informed. Happy Planning!

This Week's Book Recommendation

Two books this week! Local Author Louis Roberts has a knack for publishing books that uplift black and brown youth. His books, "Brown Boy, You Can Do Anything" and "Brown Girls Do it All" are great displays of self-love and can help readers build confidence.
