Kid-friendly Activities in DC, Maryland & Northern Virginia this Weekend (5/23 - 5/25) + Memorial Day
Spring has brought many, many themed pop-ups like Tea Around Town. We took our first trip around Downtown DC this past weekend and it was a pretty cool experience. The bus picks up on Pennsylvania Ave. near the National Children's Museum and travels in a loop around some of DC's biggest attractions like the Smithsonian Museums, the US Capitol, the Washington Monument & others. Throughout the trip we were given samples of tea in a travel mug that was ours to keep as well as tasty treats like cake pops, scones and mini sandwiches. This was indeed an intergenerational trip with riders of all ages! We definitely need to bring grandma along for the ride next time. Top View offered me a code to share with readers for 5% off tickets that can be used over the next year. Use code 4DMVKIDS5 for that discount when booking tickets! You can tap the image above to head to the link. Happy planning and have a wonderful and safe Memorial Day weekend!
