Kid-friendly Events this weekend in DC, Maryland & Virginia (7/12 - 7/14)
Happy Hot Summer Days!! It's been a scorcher outside so we've chosen either the pool or indoor activities lately. Last week we visited FSC Workshop in District Heights, MD to make chunky knit blankets. The instructor/owner Felicia was very informative throughout the class and due to the small class size, we were able to get much needed help throughout. Liv left me in the dust as always. Y'all see my struggle blanket up there?! LOL Luckily, I was able to take the remaining yarn home and finish! Sharing pics of the finished product on IG soon. As for classes at FSC Workshop, I highly recommend them for older kids; I'd say 8+. I'll be adding them to this line-up as well as the Daily Activities (see bottom of this post & the link actually works this week 🙂 now, did someone say events for this week!?
