HAPPY BLACK HISTORY MONTH!! I've been shouting it from the rooftops!! It's a great time to reflect on the past and expose kids to the rich history of black culture right in and around the DC area. Linked below this weekend's happenings is our full list of Black History Month events and activities. I highly recommend checking out PG County, Maryland's variety of events for kids of all ages and the many, many FREE library happenings around the DMV. Lewis Museum for Black History Month outings, for reduced prices. Some restrictions apply so make sure to review their website (linked below) for more details. Have a happy and safe weekend!
