Frighteningly Good Weekend Ahead
Final weekend for a few happenings around the DMV! Let's talk about it. Brick or Treat: Monster Party at LEGO Discovery Center in Springfield, VA ends on Friday (10/31). We really enjoyed the 4D Halloween-themed movie included with this one and meeting the brick characters when we visited last year! There's also a potion activity and you can wear a costume in exchange for a special treat. Tickets are $25 - $32 per person when booked online. Don't forget, First Responders can visit LEGO Discovery Center for free through Friday (10/31) + receive 30% off for friends & family! It's also the very last weekend (EVER) to visit Six Flags America in Upper Marlboro, MD. Kids Boo Fest closes Sunday (11/2). Tickets are $35 per person and include most rides, performances and trick or treating. Jack and I visited Six Flags last year as well and had a good time but it felt like they were on the brink of closing even back then. Most Fall Festivals at farms throughout the DMV will conclude this weekend too. Take one last peek at our list of 10 + Farms & Fall Festivals to help plan your trip (linked below). Have a wonderful & safe holiday weekend!
